Our Fundamentals of Care Giving Program is a comprehensive, State of Washington Caregiver course made up of three modules which include:

  1. Comprehensive theory.
  2. Practical hands on.
  3. Placement training at elderly or health care facilities for all trainees who undergo the program.

Certain units in Module One incorporate 'clinical skills' which are mandatory (compulsory) and cross crediting is not to be allowed, while Modules Two and three include "HIV/AIDS awareness", First Aid and CPR units.

Courses are conducted by Trainers specialized in the specifics of the program with former nurses conducting the fundamentals. Also involved are other stakeholders who are our education/ working partners and they come in on a need basis to provide training on First Aid and Coronary Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Now that the Foreign Job Markets have opened doors through the relevant Government agency(ies). Caregivers Services Professional Institute has shifted its focus towards the Global Employment market especially for Health care services of which care-giving is very much an integral part, and we are hopeful that come a time we will have the financial backing to create this opportunity for other friends and families in the Pacific Island States.
